Jan 26, 2011 Ok, so I formatted it with GUID Partition. I am using Windows 7 and it will not format. This is the message I get while trying to format the HD. 'Windows cannot format this drive. Quit any disk utilities or other programs that are using this drive, and make sure that no window is displaying the contents of the drive. Then try formatting again.'
