It's important to note that QuickBooks 2014 is no longer a supported version of QuickBooks. I have been using QB for Mac since 2014 with minimal problems. I updated to QB for Mac 2019 last month and when I ran the first QB software update last Friday I was unable to get through the forced password reset. Spent 3 hours on the phone with Intuit only to find out, according to their tech support team, that Mojave is not yet fully compatible so they reverted me back to the previous version.
