Setup Instructions
  1. Click Download and save the installation file to your computer.
  2. Double-click the installation file to start the installation.
  3. Follow the prompts to complete the installation.
  4. Once the utility is installed, double-click on any file protected with Symantec ICE to view the file.

  7. I have VIP Access, but it doesn't appear as an option when I try to import my file. You need to have version 4.2 or later of VIP Access. Please update the app and try again.
